About Us
Our Story
T.A.P was originally established using his initials in 1969 by my grandfather, who dedicated his life to providing trusted plumbing services in our local community. Over time, he expanded the buisness to include gas and heating, building a reputation for reliability and quality.
The business was later passed down to my father, who continued the tradition with the same passion and craftmanship. Now, in 2025, I'm proud to carry the family legacy forward alongside my father by evolving the business into Newergy Heating-a modern company offering expert plumbing alongside energy-efficient, renewable heating solutions.
While the tools and technology have advanced, our core values remain the same. Family, Trust, And exceptional service.

And in that time I've had Dale and Lewis Popham install and fit a complete new central heating system, which consisted of all new copper pipe works, new tanks and all the bits and bobs to go with it, in the loft. Then all new radiators throughout the house, and a complete overall of my boiler. After all that, they fit a complete new bathroom suite.
